Most employees only do 80 percent of what they should do.  Become confident by getting out of your comfort area a bit every day.  Training your mind is just as important as training your body. Learn some soft skills today.  Motivate your staff members by communicating good points to them everyday.  Being a great leader is different than being a great person or a great manager.
